Making your payment

Payments are due on the date shown in your agreement. We accept:

Automatic bank draft (ACH). Contact us to set it up or update your bank details.
Check or money order, payable to Midnight Investments LLC, mailed to the address in your welcome letter.

Please include your name and property address with any mailed payment.

Questions

For questions about your balance, payment history, year-end tax statements, insurance, or property taxes, contact us through the contact page.

Reminder: property taxes and insurance on your home are paid directly by you. Midnight Investments LLC does not collect or hold funds for taxes or insurance.
